Also, congrats to my little brother Thomas who won the Nashota Race in the Waukesha area yesterday and to my CXC Team Vertical Limit teammate, JoJo Winters, who won the Twin Cities Championships Pursuit on Sunday.

The skate sprint race was today.

Monday is a 10/15K skate.

Wednesday is a 20/30K classic

Friday is a classic sprint.

It was a pretty good day for the CXC Team Vertical Limit with Rebecca Dussault finishing 2nd and leading the team on the women’s side.  Garrott Kuzzy lead the men’s team finishing 3rd.

I had a  decent day qualifing 14th and finishing about the same place after the heats.  I was a close 3rd place in my quarterfinal and just missed the last “lucky loser” spot.  I didn’t feel awesome, but was glad to finish as well as I did after a tough battle with a 24 hour stomach flu two days before the race.
